PuraFix™ 3mm Hidden Fastener
The PuraFix 3 mm hidden fastener holds composite decking boards to the joists out of sight, leaving the deck surface free of screw heads. It belongs to the PuraFix system made for our PuraPro, PuraPlus and PuraPrime composite decking, and it is stocked in our warehouse for delivery across Ireland.
Compatibility & use
Fit one fastener wherever a board crosses a joist, and at butt joints give each board end its own fastener rather than sharing one. Drill 3 mm pilot holes; unlike the 6 mm fastener, the 3 mm fastener is tightened straight away. Begin the first row with the PuraFix 3 mm hidden starter clip, and use PuraFix colour screws to face-fix steps, trims and cut ends.
The Pura warranties are conditional on installing with PuraFix fixings, so use these rather than a generic alternative.
