Collections

If you’d rather collect your order yourself, that’s absolutely possible. We have a pick-up point in Dublin located just five minutes from Dublin Airport.

You can collect your order from any of our pick-up locations during the available pick-up times. Collection works on a first come, first served basis, so your order will not be prepared and left ready for you in advance. Due to the high volume of activity in our warehouse, we are unable to arrange this for individual customers.

Once you have selected Collection for your order, simply bring your invoice or order confirmation to our warehouse near Dublin Airport and our team will assist you.

Our standard collection hours are:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday: Collection not available (our showrooms are open 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Please note: Collection is handled on a first come, first served basis. Orders are not prepared and held separately in advance. As collection arrangements may vary, always check your email for any specific instructions relating to your order.

Collections are free regardless of order size.

Yes, same-day collection may be possible. We suggest contacting us before travelling to the warehouse, as some products are held at different locations and certain fast-moving items may be temporarily out of stock.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been collected. Simply reply to your order confirmation email and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
