PuraFix™ 6mm Hidden Fastener
The PuraFix 6 mm hidden fastener fixes composite decking boards down to the joists with no screw heads on the surface, so your deck finishes with clean, unbroken board faces. It is part of the PuraFix system made for our PuraPro, PuraPlus and PuraPrime composite decking, and it is stocked in our warehouse for delivery across Ireland.
Compatibility & use
Use one fastener wherever a board crosses a joist. At a butt joint, give each board end its own fastener rather than sharing one. Drill 3 mm pilot holes, snug the 6 mm fastener down first, then tighten it fully once the next board is in place. Start the first row with the PuraFix 3 mm hidden starter clip, and face-fix steps, trims and cut ends with PuraFix colour screws.
The Pura warranties are conditional on installing with PuraFix fixings, so use these rather than a generic alternative.
