PuraTech 30 Triple Profile Composite Cladding
PuraTech 30 is the triple-profile composite cladding board: three rhythmic faces across the width of each board, casting a fine shadow line across the wall and giving cladded surfaces a layered, architectural character. The board carries a Euroclass E fire rating, which suits most domestic applications and many small commercial settings where rated cladding is required.
Light Grey is a clean, neutral pale grey with no obvious warm or cool bias. It opens up smaller decks visually, sits naturally against rendered walls, and stays bright on overcast days.
Why triple profile?
The three faces per board produce a more textured, finer-grained shadow line than single or double-profile cladding, particularly in raking light at morning and evening. On a large wall, that texture stops the surface reading as flat and breaks up the reflectivity of the composite finish in a way that single-profile cladding cannot match. The visual effect is more pronounced on darker tones and on south or west-facing aspects where directional sunlight makes the most of the shadow line.
Where it works
PuraTech 30 suits any project where the cladding is intended to be a feature of the elevation rather than a quiet background. Contemporary new-builds, renovations adding character to flat-faced walls, and any setting where the cladding will catch directional light are good candidates. The triple-profile geometry sits naturally on tall elevations where the rhythm reads at a confident scale.
Installation guidance
Battened substrate with proper ventilation cavity, standard composite cladding fixings into the appropriate fixing channels in each profile. The PuraTech 30 installation manual covers batten spacing, fixing patterns, expansion allowances, and detailing at openings, along with the orientation guidance needed to set up the shadow lines correctly across long elevations.
