Egger Painting Grade ST40 ABS Edging
Finish the edges of your paintable panels with Egger Painting Grade ST40 ABS edging, stocked in our yard for delivery across Ireland. This is a hardwearing ABS plastic edge banding matched to the Egger Painting Grade ST40 board, giving you a primed, paint ready edge in the same deep matt texture, so once painted your edges and faces finish as one. Each roll runs 75 m at 23 mm wide and 0.8 mm thick, tough enough to shrug off the everyday knocks that can chip thinner melamine edging.
Compatibility & use
Pair this edging with our Egger Painting Grade ST40 MFC board so the whole unit takes your chosen paint colour evenly. Apply the edging, trim it back flush, then prime and paint the board and edges together for a seamless bespoke finish. The 23 mm width comfortably covers 16 mm and 18 mm board edges, and the 0.8 mm ABS gauge gives a resilient, impact resistant edge for doors, shelving and worktops. Use a primer and paint system suitable for the surface and follow the paint manufacturer guidance. At 75 m per roll you have plenty for a full run of units.
