Installation guidance

Cut with a scored line or a fine tooth TCT blade and keep the sheet fully supported so the face stays chip free. Assemble with confirmat screws, dowels or standard cabinet fittings, which hold securely in the core. For shelving, keep unsupported spans sensible so an 18 mm board does not sag under load, and add a support on longer runs. Run the decor the same way across paired parts for a clean, consistent look right through the finished unit.

Finishing & edge care

The faces arrive finished, so the edges are your job. Seal every exposed edge with our matching Arctic Grey ST9 ABS edging to close off the core and give a neat, durable result. Keep the board dry in storage and in use, and treat it as an interior product only. A damp cloth handles routine cleaning, while abrasive pads and harsh solvents are best avoided so the pale surface keeps its even, uniform tone.
