You get a soft cream beige decor with a smooth ST9 matt face that reads calm and welcoming, faced both sides onto a stable chipboard core. At a full 2800 by 2070 mm and 18 mm thick, each sheet yields well for carcassing and shelving, and a colour matched ABS edging is available so the warm tone continues across every visible edge.

Why Egger MFC?

Melamine faced chipboard delivers a finished, ready to work surface with none of the paint or lacquer steps a solid colour would otherwise need. The fused matt face resists scratches and scuffs and wipes clean quickly, so a cream neutral stays even in kitchens, wardrobes and hospitality units. Factory pressed decor keeps the tone uniform sheet to sheet, which matters on any pale neutral where a shade drift would show. The 18 mm core stays flat and stable for cabinetry. As with all MFC, treat this as an interior board.

Installation guidance

Score the cut line or use a fine tooth TCT blade and keep the sheet supported so the face does not chip. Assemble with confirmat screws, dowels or standard cabinet fittings, which take a solid hold in the core. Keep unsupported shelf spans sensible so an 18 mm board carries its load without bowing, and add a mid support on longer runs. Run the decor consistently across paired parts so the warm tone reads evenly through the finished unit.

Finishing & edge care

The faces come finished, so the edges do the finishing work. Seal each cut edge with our matching Crema Beige ST9 ABS edging to close off the core and carry the cream tone right to the edge. Keep the board dry through storage and use, and treat it as an interior product only. Clean with a damp cloth and avoid abrasive pads and strong solvents that can leave marks on the matt surface.
