Installation guidance

Score the cut line or use a fine tooth TCT blade and keep the sheet supported so the face stays chip free. Build with confirmat screws, dowels or standard cabinet fittings, all of which hold firmly in the core. For shelving, keep spans sensible so an 18 mm board does not bow under load, and add a mid support on longer runs. Where the concrete effect has a clear direction, run it consistently across paired parts so the pattern flows naturally through the finished piece.

Finishing & edge care

With finished faces, the edges are where the work happens. Seal each exposed edge with our matching Dark Grey Chicago Concrete ST9 ABS edging to protect the core and carry the effect right to the edge. Keep the board dry and treat it as an interior product, not one for wet rooms or outdoors. Clean with a soft damp cloth and avoid abrasive pads and strong solvents, which can dull the matt surface and interrupt the concrete look.
