You get a bright white marble effect decor with soft grey veining and a smooth ST9 matt face, faced both sides onto a stable chipboard core. Each sheet measures a full 2800 by 2070 mm at 18 mm thick for high yield across feature panels and cabinetry, and a colour matched ABS edging is available so the marble look continues cleanly around every edge.

Why Egger MFC?

Melamine faced chipboard gives you the marble look without the weight, cost or fragility of the natural stone. The fused matt face is scratch and scuff resistant and wipes clean in seconds, keeping a light marble effect crisp on kitchen carcasses, wardrobes and feature walls. Because the decor is factory pressed, the pattern stays uniform sheet to sheet, which is important on a veined effect where paired panels are meant to read as a continuous slab. The 18 mm core stays flat and stable for cabinetry. Keep in mind this is an interior board.

Installation guidance

Score the line or use a fine tooth TCT blade and support the sheet fully so the face does not chip. Assemble with confirmat screws, dowels or standard cabinet fittings, which take a solid hold in the core. Keep unsupported shelf spans sensible so an 18 mm board carries its load without bowing, and add a mid support on longer runs. Plan cuts so the veining direction stays consistent across paired parts, and handle the panels with clean hands since dust shows readily on a light marble effect.

Finishing & edge care

Faces come finished, so the edges are where the illusion is completed. Seal every cut edge with our matching White Levanto Marble ST9 ABS edging to close off the core and carry the marble look right to the edge. Keep the board dry through storage and use, and treat it as an interior product only. Clean with a damp cloth and avoid abrasive pads and strong solvents, which can dull the matt face or leave marks against the bright decor.
