Puraboard Bullnose, Sandstone
Puraboard Bullnose is the rounded edge board that finishes the front of your deck and the nose of each step in the same Sandstone as your boards. It is 150×22 mm and comes in 3600 mm lengths. Stocked in our warehouse for delivery across Ireland, it is part of our Puraboard decking range.
A square cut board edge looks unfinished at a step and catches toes and heels. The bullnose replaces it with a soft, rounded profile that reads as a deliberate edge, the way a timber step nosing would.
Compatibility & use
Use it along the exposed perimeter of the deck, on step nosings and wherever the deck changes level. It is made in the same polyurethane as the Puraboard Decking Board in Sandstone, with no wood content, so it matches the boards in colour and needs no oiling or sealing.
Plan your edges when you plan the boards and order them together so the colour comes from the same batch. For straight edges choose this board. For a curved edge, choose the Puraboard Flex Bullnose instead. Other finishing pieces are in our trims and fascia range.
